Very well said👍 That's how I eat it too, rice do have a lot of carbs and if you eat a big bowl of it, of course, you are going to gain weight. So moderation and small portion is to go.
@Alyssa_K Yes. Asians are humans too. There are LOTS of foods in the Asian diet that will add on the pounds if you go overboard. Noodles, steamed buns, Asian-style pastries. Like you said, it's all about moderation and keeping the portions small. Someone scarfing down ten steamed buns for breakfast every day is going to gain weight, whether she's Asian or not.

Well.. unless u live in a place u can't really tell from just the media if that race is mostly chubby or skinny. Plus I've seen chinese lifestyle.. they dont eat too much of anything.. not like us when we see a favourite food we just go berserk
