Why Asians are skinny they eat and eat and never gain a pound what's their secret?

Metabolism rate and genetics. The food we eat plays an important role too.

I personally am the kind of person that's hard to gain weight but my appetite is literally like an elephant lol! I have a health issue on this, so it's not really healthy if I can't gain any weight as well. I do exercise a lot (well not really, just run few miles every evening), and I try to maintain my weight (currently being 42kg) because it can drop very easily.

They generally eat differently than Americans.
Americans tend to be overweight which is why there have been food regulations done on fast food in the past (and less sugary snacks and healthier options in schools).

I've seen some chubby Asians but generally they usually tend to be small in weight and stature which is generally due to genetics and diet

If u know more about their culture, they love to eat and enjoy it with friends. Their foods r often made fresh and not acquired from the frozen food's section of the supermarkets. They also dont eat in large quantities. I personally dont have dessert after dinner.

Well that's certainly true for me but I know many fat Asians. It's really difficult to gain weight and most weight programs and food products focus losing weight.

It's genetics and diets.
Some countries in Asia like Japan monitor certain people to ensure they don't become overweight, I think it's called metabo law.

They do gain weight and would if it was the same lifestyle but it isn't. They eat significantly less than we do but they also take a lot of public transport which requires them to move more.

People are also more aspired to be like their favourite celebrities whom are equally skinny

some are some aren't. i know a lot of Asians who are chubby/gain weight easily and have to watch what they eat.

the ones who don't gain, i think it's just how they are genetically.

i'm average body type in japan but don't gain/lose no matter how much i eat or what i eat. i don't know why.

Just genetics. I feel you though girl. My brother (who's Korean) eats like a pig yet never gains a pound and I'm like 😱 tell me your secret. same with my friend (who's Chinese). She LIVES to eat yet she's so skinny!

I'm indian. I didn't eat much when I was little. Now I eat a lot and I never get fat. My other indian friends are normal sized but i'm skinny and tall.

I've got fast metabolism too I can eat everything and I'll be 19 can't gain weight, is it good? Yes and no, I can't gain weight and get muscular so I need to workout 10x harder than most do and eat like pig 6x a day.
