Half the people on this site claim to be autistic. When the reality is they simply don't want to take the time to learn how to understand other people learn to read nonverbal clues and such. Having a family member myself with an “invisible” disability (autism/anxiety) it sickens me that this World has to come a point that if you can’t see a disability you automatically think someone is lying.

You also didn’t mention what the situation is why you questioned this person to begin with. Was it a date, friend, family member? Whatever the case, if you have to question this persons disability, it sounds like you don’t know them well enough or trust them, because a close relationship you’d know that person well enough to tell.
