What is the main source of energy for you?

Food? Energy? Walks? Sports? Communication with friends? Alcohol? Sex? A car ride at night?

Carbs for sure. I tried low carb but since I'm constantly depleting glycogen stores with my workouts, it's just not sustainable. I need at least 88grams of carbs per day or I notice that my energy goes away significantly & my metabolism will slow down because of it.
