What type of breakfast do you tend to eat to feel your best?

I notice that for breakfast, I prefer to not spike my blood sugar at all. Even better if the food isn't very thermic or difficult to process.

I prefer this because I notice that the carbs from previous days are available via my liver & glycogen stores. So I feel my best in the morning when I stimulate digestion & my metabolism without a lot of bulk.
