People shouldn’t do things simply for impressing the opposite sex but plenty of people do of both sexes. It’s one thing to want to be the best version of yourself for someone in the future but not just to impress everyone because frankly that can’t be done.
However its good to feel healthy. Exercising may be uncomfortable and painful while you’re doing ir but you’ll feel great afterwards. Unlike laying in bed all day which feels comfortable for a period of time but you feel sluggish and miserable.
I workout mainly for the aesthetics so that I can look appealing &/or imposing to other people. But say people didn't exist. My training would switch to a more functional one & away from an aesthetic one. I would want to workout so that I could navigate life's physical obstacles/challenges in a better way.
I love the feeling of peak fitness. It's mentally and physically fulfilling, so long as it doesn't become obsessive.

Its the only probable solution I have currently to a health issue. I hit the limits of what I can achieve with how much I workout so next month I am going to try and double.
I like to stay in shape, and keep healthy. It allows me to maintain a healthy sex life even at my age.
To be in good physical shape.
Just being fit and getting rid of laziness
I'm lazy.
