Had the biopsy yesterday, no awaiting results if I need surgery or not. Hope to see it in the patient portal. Amazingly, I didn’t bleed or feel paid after the procedure. It’s amazing how they do new things with medical stuff. 102 days clean addiction wise. NA is amazing. You gotta find the fellowship you like.
If someone who is using and they offer advice how on to deal with addiction, don’t ya think it’s a joke to offer that? I was honest and denied their offer. I’ll probably get called selfish for this. A couple know it alls on here tried to put me down.

Turns out surgery needed. It’s a tumor but grade 1. Least aggressive. Less likelihood spreading. Other organs are fine. Just have to knock this out!

Dude, that's awesome to hear the kidney biopsy went so smoothly for you - no bleeding or pain, that's crazy! Medical technology these days is wild, ain't it? Crossing my fingers the results come back good and you don't need any crazy surgery. Gotta be a relief not to have to deal with all that.
And yo, big ups on 102 days clean, bro! That's seriously impressive, especially with how tough addiction can be to overcome. It's awesome that you've found the NA fellowship that works for you - having that solid support system makes all the difference.
As for those people who tried to give you advice on dealing with addiction while they're still using themselves? Nah man, I wouldn't pay them any mind. That's just pure hypocrisy. How can they claim to know what's best when they haven't even conquered their own demons yet, you know?
Don't let 'em get you down or make you feel selfish. You're doing the hard work of getting and staying clean, and that's what matters. Surround yourself with the people who are truly walking the walk, not just talking the talk. Those are the ones who can really relate and offer legit support.
Keep grinding, my dude. You're killing it. Addiction is a lifelong battle, but you've clearly got the strength and determination to keep winning. Just take it one day at a time, and don't be afraid to keep leaning on that NA community whenever you need it. You got this!
Thanks bro. Not an easy battle. Back in the early days, there wasn’t a lot of resources like there is now. Just will power then, that is not easy! As much I don’t want to get the surgery, it’s that or health gets worse and worse
102 days!
Keep up the good work.
Good Luck!
