Girls, Is a sports bra a good idea?

Ok, so here is the deal. As the weather has gotten warmer, I am excited about playing Beach Volleyball where I can obviously wear my swimsuit. In the meantime, I have been playing tennis. The other day I made the mistake (and it was a mistake of) of wearing a regular bra to play tennis. Ouch!!! Never again. I need to get a good sports bra. Where is a good place in the US to get one? Shall I wear the same size as a regular bra? I am a 34DDD in a regular bra. Is there a sports bra that you would recommend perhaps? Do I need to get refitted. I am assume that I will certainly need to try them on. Help me please. Thanks.

I'm not that big so I don't really know the comfort part, but I do like sports bra from adidas and Nikes. They are made for women to play sports. Great support and coverage. They also look good by just wearing them alone

Victoria secrets has decent sports bras for that size. I am a 34 DDD too and that’s all I wore for a few years because of how comfortable they were and they actually had some support.

I am a 36J and the only sports bras that feel good on me are the She Science ones.

I’m a Franzia, but I’m a B cup. I looked up the best size for my size, and that's what I went for.
