Ladies, thoughts on wearing sports bras in public?

What are your thoughts on women wearing sports bras out in public?
Do you wish their were rules in place about people doing this?
Is there anything about society or yourself that is stopping you from doing this yourself?

Bonus question:
Is there a specific sports bra you would wear yourself if you were going to show it off in public?

Examples: Walking down the street...

I see nothing wrong with women wearing sports bras in public. If they're comfortable with it what's the problem?
I personally wouldn't go out with them simple because I would look ridiculous. As for rules, I guess that if you're in a formal or professional environment you shouldn't wear it.

Childrens parks
Im more for a beach lake or pool
Or while exercising walking/jogging

I’ll wear it in public only if I have a blazer or something smarter on top to make it more covered. One time I woke one of those Nike pink sports bras with a leather blazer and trouser suit set and trainers which looked kind of cool


As for running and the gym obviously all the time nothing wrong with it’s basically a top


But if you want to wear just a sports bra as a top in the street probably go for one of those built in tank types or slightly more covered ones that don’t look like a sports bra


As for what’s stopping me it’s like wearing a bikini top outside with trousers. Just looks sort of odd and out of place I guess

Not really I think it’s just the idea that a sports bra is for ‘sports activities’ wheats sports leggings look more like trousers I guess. Otherwise a lot of women (where I live anyway) reveal their midsections and chest with tops tinier then sports bras so no clue

My friend said a girl with a nice body and face can wear revealing clothes without looking slutty but an average looking girl cannot get away with that.

I find that interesting cause I want to see the average girl wearing a sports bra in public a bit more than the hot girls.

Who do you think should wear a sports bra in public?

I think people should be able to wear what they want without being harassed for it but woman and men should be modest enough not to seduce married people with their fashion sense so they should use common sense.

Where do you think a line could be drawn between being overly modest, (covering 80% of your skin) and wearing what some consider seducing?

For example: I like the sports bra and yoga capris combo. But maybe you think that is still a bit revealing. (no offense intended.)

I try to cover my full stomach and shoulders and at least up to my knees when I leave the house

My stomach looks more like an oval and less like a flat line steak and ever since age 8, I’ve had wrinkles on my arm pits and my upper leg is boring to look at,

I also surround myself with conservative people who would cut me off if I were to show off my body.

Well my connections are usually rich Chinese people or religious worshipers

does their culture have rules that they live by regarding to dressing, that you can share?

Just your not supposed to show skin unless your being functional and modest

I don't have a problem with it, and it's not really that immodest. It covers the boobs and nothing is gonna shift around.
