No, my issues are not big enough to be worth the time and money.

Also, I treat it like how I do with learning most things, where I believe it's more beneficial on my own. Sure, it takes longer, but the answers will stick with me much stronger due to it and so will my "problem solving skills" when it has to do with myself.

Yes I've been in therapy since I was 14. Im 41 now. I got beat a lot as a kid. My grandparents disowned me and all my cousins hate me. My father was abusive too. My mom didn't care neither did my teachers. No one loves me. It helps but I'm never going to be 100% ok. I have brain damage.

yeah, it's just good to do bc they can help recognize my bad habits when i get back into them without realizing

and its just a healthy place to vent. feel like regular people don't know how to handle my issues so it's toxic if i put it on them. a professional knows how to deal with it

No and the few times that I did I seemed to have more answers than they did. I couldn't believe that she was a real psychologist by the things she was suggesting to me. What a waste of time and money.

I've been in therapy since I was a child. Believe me it was not something that I asked for. Unfortunately the conditions of my childhood have wreak havoc on my entire life and I have had to have help to guide me and teach me how to control my emotions.

I have a psychiatrist and I also see a therapist for my agoraphobia and anxiety issues. It definitely helps to have someone to talk to about my issues around that and in life in general.

Yes i see psychologist and psychiatrist when i feel stressed or depressed.
