In spite of eating right and trying to stay active, I notice I keep getting weaker and weaker and more tired and malaise all the time. It's like a disease is killing me slowly no matter what I try to do to counter it.

How about dropping the public hypochondria act and consult an actual medical doctor for an extensive checkup?
Wow, guy, you don't think I've done that already? The doctors are clowns around here. They do tests and it takes 6 months at a time to get back the results and they never change anything.
So if you have been repeatedly tested for these illnesses and there were no results, it means that you don't have them. It's as simple as that.
I haven't been tested for this. That's the point. The freaking doctors just keep running basic blood tests and if I ask them to do something different, it takes an act of congress to get it done.
Then specifically ask to get tested for this. Why haven’t you?
