Well there is always the possibility of something terrible like cancer or aneurysms or infections. Fortunately they are rare. Medically speaking migraines are really a placeholder term for what are a lot of different types of central nervous disfunctions causing pain and neurologic symptoms. Someday we may have the diagnostics to really tease out the causes for these problems but right now it's not really enough data to say this is a migraine this a tension headache this stress this is a pain fiber disorder etc. We check patients for the terrible problems and the repairable ones. Cancer is pretty easy to include or exclude. If you have had the symptoms for more than 6 months it's not cancer. Cancer cells in the enclosed brain case would kill you by now. Cat scan of the brain and a MRI with and without gadolinium would exclude other things or diagnose cancer if less than 6 months. Including auditory tumors. So talk to a doctor get it worked up. The brain is complex as a medical professional and a migraine sufferer there is no one answer. Sometimes there are no good answers. But we can exclude terrible things. The things that help migraines the most. Good sleep if you have problems sleeping treat the insomnia. If you have a great deal of stress seek out stress treatment 1st, and you will have the most success with everything else
Sounds like vertigo which is usually caused by a virus. Some viruses can take weeks to go away. I would say give it a few weeks and if it doesn't get better then it may be time to see a doctor. In the meantime add some natural anti-viral foods like ginger tea with honey.
I do hope you realise and understand, that no one here is professionally medically qualified to give any competent opinion.

Do what I did: Visit the tube for an MRT or CAT scan. Remote guessing is pointless here.
