Does anyone have BRAIN FOG and what do you do for it? Do you know that caused it?

Brain fog feels just like it sounds. Trouble concentrating, hard to do things that require your brain to work - like paperwork, paying bills, talking on the phone, etc.

Yes, plenty of sleep and proper nutrition helps. Also if you're vitamin deficient, correcting the deficiency can help. My brain fog didn't go away, but did improve after correcting a vitamin b deficiency.

Vitamin d deficiency can do a lot. You take a vitamin d supplement? If so you may need a higher dosage, my levels didn't get back to normal till I started taking 5k units daily.

It's a mushroom and you can either take it in capsules or a powdered form I have the powder form and I mix like a half a teaspoon in my coffee every morning.. my mom had dementia and I got it for her and she started to remember all kinds of stuff and was kind of snapping out of it before she passed but it's all natural it's a mushroom you should look it up online there's all kinds of positive things I mean it wakes you right up and motivate you and things just become more clear you have a lot of clarity and you kind of see things for what they really are but I think I paid $15 for it it's a year supply

The moment I started taking it I could feel the difference I sleep better when I sleep I feel my body healthier a lot of people put it in their food or just something that they're drinking I put it in my coffee yeah look it up online and like I said it's all natural that's what I like about it it clears the brain fog

It's not something that's easily treated honestly. I had bad brain fog as a result of long-covid. The only thing that really does anything is lifestyle changes, making sure you're getting enough sleep, good nutrition, exercise, reduce stress and screen time. If this has come out of nowhere maybe see a Dr because it could be a sign of many conditions like diabetes, lupus and hormonal issues as well as anxiety or depression (if the shoe fits).

I get brain fog when I'm doing nothing all day, but usually I'm either making music, gaming, or exercising so I rarely have it. I think staying active and not having a terribly unbalanced diet is enough for me

It happens, especially if I have to rush to get several things done on time. Like something important is in your head, you take a pen to write it down and it's gone. Or walking up to the fridge to get something and forget what it was when you open the door.

IU used to feel that way then someone heard me talking about it and said you should see Dr. *.* about that. I did and she prescribed Adderall for it so I did, she did and everyone lived happily ever after

I can't watch tv at that time because for tv you need brain to understand it.

during that moment only thing i watch is Spongebob cartoons, no brain needed there lol

Yes! I had it for many years then it got a lot worse after I had two COVID vaccines.
I will speak to the doctor about it but he couldn't help before. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Covid can have the long term effect of fatigue, so I think it's possible the tiny part in the vaccine could have given you that effect (or boosted what you already had). I don't know if there's any good treatment for that yet, but hopefully there's at least something you can try, even if it's not a medicine it could be a lifestyle change, like a sleep or exercise routine that may help.

Thank you for sharing not only your concern for me but the insight of what might be causing it.
I did have hydration therapy 3 times in March of this year and it cleared it up. 🙂 I just think it's time for another 4 hydration therapy sessions.
That's where a nurse hangs two big bags of saline and water intravenous (IV) piggy back - one bag right after the other.
That did wonders for me and my brain fog went away and I had energy again.

I couldn't have this therapy in months because my blood pressure was too high and they can't push fluids through the veins when your blood pressure is high.
So recently he gave me an additional blood pressure medicine which is bringing down my blood pressure.

But now I have to scrape up $200+ for the hydration therapy 😞

No, I didn't get COVID but worse than getting COVID I got 2 COVID vaccines and they have really gotten a lot of people sick for life! I think I am one of them 😞

A good friend of mine had the early version of covid, was in the hospital for 6 weeks, nearly killed him, he still has brain fog from it

He can get rid of his brain fog by getting hydration therapy. I have had it three times in March of this year and it cleared it all up and I had my energy back and felt great!
I explained hydration therapy in another opinion here from another member so if you can look for what I said about it you can tell your friend to get doctor's orders for it. He will thank both of us!🙂
