Can a person who does not have an aneurysm and does not use alcohol or drugs have a brain hemorrhage?

The odds of this happening to me are as low as a plane crash.. Someone said that 🤷‍♀️

If you have high blood pressure your chances of a brain hemorrhage go way up.
