1 yI'm at a 1 right now. Bored to tears. I'm happiest when my mind is challenged, 7-9. I'm constantly looking for the next risk to conquer. Think of a physical workout for your body creating pain but a good sort of pain. It's the same with mental effort for me. I enjoy deep dives into situations where there is no predetermined rule book.

I'm actually in a bit of a bind right now. Earlier today (Thursday) I got a message from an employer in Texas US who offered me a job that I interviewed for on Tuesday which has put a spanner in the works as I have been offered a similar job in Lisbon. Conditions and all sorts are similar and I have to decide where to go in 3 months for at least a year and probably 2.

It's because I'm having temporary gut issues & I've been doing so much cardio though with so little sleep. But soon, the carbs & fiber from the oats will kick in & then I'll have more energy to do more cardio.

I'm physically exausted, but mentally I'm a hyperactive 5 year old who ate all his holloween candy in one sitting and is now asking his mom 50 million questions about why toasters can't think backwards.
My brain is on max settings right now.
Physics, art, music, games, idea after idea, my body however is just this right now.

Anonymous(45 Plus)1 yOn a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst. I'd say I'm a 2. I seldom get frustrated. I relish a challenge. The only thing I don't like is lack of forward momentum. If I'm not moving forward for too long then I start questioning my plan and whether or not i should be revising it.
