What's your favorite shaker or group of shakers from the spice rack?

Paprika / tumeric / cumin

Curry powder / chili powder / ancho powder / Cajun rub

Oregano / basil / Italian seasoning

Garlic powder / dill

Cinnamon / nutmeg / allspice

It's a toss-up between granulated garlic and cayenne. I use garlic in just about everything, and if I don't have any fresh garlic, then granulated it is, lol. I also like most of my food with a little kick, so cayenne gets a lot of use too. It's got a nice color like paprika, which I also love, but is less smoky and more HEAT. Depends on what I'm going for I guess.

Yeah it adds a real nice color even if the flavouring effect is minimal.

Paprika all day.

It's an imperative ingredient to spice rubs for barbeque meats and it looks good as a light garnish. The taste is also quite unique and compliments all the foods I love very well. It especially goes well with sour cream.

Depends what I'm using it for! if I'm making a dinner-like dish I like to use garlic power and other Italian seasonings I suppose, but if I'm making something sweet then I'm going to say Cinnamon. :D
