I'm working out and losing weight at a pretty decent rate. I'm not at the gym I'm just lifting weights at home and getting in cardio by walking and other gym exercises from when I was in school. One of the way I've been measuring my progress is how many crunches I can do and at the minute I'm up to a max of 30. I'm sore by the end so normally I do sets of 20 but is that a lot or a little? This is without breaks by the way they're back to back with no pauses in one sitting.

I have the willpower of a god so basically whenever my neurons give up. They'll give up before I will. But I'll know it's just a protective measure so I'll stick a fork into an outlet to get them working again so that I can pump out a few more good reps before my muscles start literally tearing themselves apart. Then I'll be forced to stop in order to avoid death. But if there's any chance that I do pass away from this, on my way to heaven, I'll be pumping out even more reps & will continue for eternity when I get there since we're basically indestructible up there. The earth will end. The galaxy will fade. Black holes will evaporate. But I'll still be pumping out reps. Willpower of a god.
Not sure, for core warmup I am mostly doing sets of birddogs and deadbugs. I am only doing that as a warmup though. Mostly 3 sets of 10. I am confident I could do them in a row as well but that would defeat the purpose of a warmup.
20 is good. Rest with a timer and do 20 more like i do.
Often what I'm doing already but thanks
