Got into my 2nd serious bike accident, and this time my helmet hit the grass as my body slid along it after I dodged getting hit by cars going downhill. I also suffered bruising on my left shin, minor wounds on my right shoulder, and pain in upper right part of my head. Surprisingly, my eyeglasses didn't get any damage at all, but then again my dad paid hundreds of dollars so it better damn be durable. I'm glad I also wore wrist, knee, and elbow pads to further protect me and that I didn't slide along concrete nor asphalt.

give it a good inspection and replace if there are any cracks or dents or anything that looks like the integrity of the shell has been compromised.
What's up with those eco trolls
The outer polycarbonate shell isn't damaged, nor is the inner foam shell
I think it is okay.
There is a warning inside the helmet that says to replace it, even if no visible damage is present
@bingbongbangbung They just want you to spend money on a new helmet.
