Does anyone else have trouble getting fluids in?

Im never really thirsty , I usually only go through two 16 oz bottles of water a day , If I drink too much water I get nauseated. Anyone else have this issue?

There's no scientific evidence for the "drink 8 glasses of water a day" meme. You also get hydration from the foods you eat and other beverages.

If you're not thirsty you're more than likely fine.

thanks , they have a tough time getting blood work at the doctor tho cuz I’m dehydrated a lot , I don't know how to up the fluid intake without feeling sick

That helps some , I do go through milk pretty quickly and coffee , other than that I can’t really chug liquids

If you are getting nauseated from it, then that means you are hydrated enough.
