I do this because the toilets at my program are DANK and disgusting so I just usually hold my pee until I get home, but I have noticed that peeing more often so I have no choice but to use the program bathrooms

More than I should! It seems as soon as I get in any vehicle, I have to go about two miles down the road and end up holding it for as long as I possibly can.

I do when I have to, but I try not to make a habit out of it. That can lead to a bladder infection.
