Do weight loss shots or pills cause you to lose a lot of weight in your chest?

I didn’t know if anyone had been on them or knew someone on them and could tell me. Cuz I’m afraid of that part if I start them, I just wanna lose stomach weight mainly.

Usually the body will lose weight and fat as it was put on. So if you had them as big when you were skinnier it’s less likely the body takes them away and will take fat away from other parts.

I don't know your chest size, but I think eventually you will lose belly fat, if not immediately, before being completely flat.
