Does anyone know much about klinefelter syndrome (XXY chromosome)?

I just got diagnosed with klinefelter syndrome, my doctor told me my testicles are tiny and don't produce sperm or much testosterone. Therefore im completely infertile. Im on a waiting list to see a specialist about getting on testosterone replacement therapy. Has anyone else been on TRT and can share with me their experiences.

Klinefelter syndrome is a genetic condition that occurs when a person assigned male at birth (AMAB) has an extra X chromosome, resulting in an XXY karyotype (47, XXY) instead of the typical 46 chromosomes. This extra X chromosome can lead to various developmental, physical, and fertility challenges. I think the experiences with any HRT, not just testosterone, show how it's relieving to restore what you are deficient in.

I don't know much about klinefelter syndrome, unfortunately, but one of my close friends does use TRT. I could ask him about his experience on it, but I don't know how much he would be willing to share.

It's a random genetic event that happens during the formation of the egg or sperm. Apart from that, I don't know much about it.
