Apparently ones pee should be clear if you are adequately hydrated, and the deeper the colour, and the more dehydrated you are.

But in hot environments, at work, and exercising on my cycle I find it difficult, and I should drink more water.

Thanks for letting me know. I’m gonna have a Gatorade when I wake up when it’s real hot because I have the air conditioning turned off trying to save money because it’s outrageous my electric bill I shut it off around 17 hours a day

Yeah. Something I notice about hydration is that it's more of a dynamic range than a certain number or ratio to hit. Yeah, hitting certain numbers or ratios can ofc aid in hydration due to it limiting variability, but I think the most important thing is to take it all case by case at the end of the day & go based on the bodies thirst cues as well. The only reason why I have refined many of my formulas whether it be from sodium to water ratio, overall mineral intake amounts, water or sodium amount relative to how much I sweat, etc is because I studying my bodies natural habits. And what do you know, works every time when I apply them.
