Am I not hydrating enough?

I do big workouts a few times a week and i sweat a lot. whenever i finish my workout, i don’t hydrate a lot and when i get home and mostly the next day, im in state of “confusion, don’t really want to do anything type feeling and feel bleh. I realized this may be because i don’t hydrate a lot. could this be a possible reason? i do eat good but most of the time, my urine is dark. thoughts?
