Husband does. I'm working on it. He starts his day with a glass and ends his day with the glass, I'm pretty sure his goal is 12 to 16 ounces every hour. It's more than that when he's actually exercising. I'm probably good for a couple pints in the morning and a couple pints in the afternoon. Pretty sure that's not enough. I think it's also important to note that we all should be replenishing our electrolytes from time to time.

Definitely not, I keep trying though lol I have my cute glass water bottle that if I keep around I can manage to drink enough, but if I forget it then it's game over.
I am trying to better as well. Now I have something that actually "yells" at me throughout the day to drink more water. It even blinks on the bottom to get my attention. ๐
My understanding of the recommendation regarding water intake is that adults should take in 8 cups (64 ounces, or 1.9 L) per day. However, that recommendation is for total water intake and it includes water in coffee, tea, and other drinks, as well as the water in the foods that we eat. The recommendation is NOT for 1.9 L of undiluted, pure water in addition to the other water we are taking in during the day.

I drink 1.5 l mineral water a day plus my 0.5 l bio apple schorle. Additionally two-three cups of tea and coffee which is also water. I feel alright with that amount. 🙂

Iโve never actually measured, but I drink plenty of water throughout the day and think I stay well hydrated.
I got a bday gift. This thing has a brain and records how much I drink. I need to up my game apparently. ๐
While I try to, I'm not a fan of plain water, I'll drink flavored water or add something to it. I'll of course try to keep one with me when I go run, but have yet to find a way to secure a bottle if I go to vault or roll.

I drink two liters a day, 33.8 fl oz is what my water bottle has. Some days I drink only one and a half. It's tough by I try, I just hate having to pee every single time but my skin loves it and my organs do to so I do it for them lol

I don't. I have maybe 16 ounces. I usually drink coffee and a gatorade.
Gatorade or those types of sports drinks count in the "good" column. ๐
So that would be another 16 ounces

Both. I work 12 hours a night with over an hour drive each way. When I try to sleep, I wake up many times. Sometimes stay up for an hour. I usually lay down around 10:30 am and get up at 4:30 pm. Waking up usually 3 times in there for 30 to 60 minutes
That is tough when your workday is 14 hours with commute. Ever tried melatonin? They make them in gummies and I have a friend that swears by them.
I haven't. But it's other factors that wake me. Like hyper dogs. Lol

Yeah I think I'm close to enough, definitely drink 2 litres of water per day, plus 4 - 5 cups of tea.
I would need to figure out how much water is in beer first and then I'm still pretty sure I drink enough of it.

@painusndeeanus can't do it like that. I need slices with little salt on them since I dont eat or drink during the day - some sodium.
@legalboxers well the goal is to stay hydrated and salt negates the process I might put a little pepper on them though
salt adds sodium if you dont have any sodium intake and if its hot as hell. But I see your point. Black Pepper is good. Red pepper is better.
It's about how much you hydrate that's the key. I drink in the evening but mostly during the day I get my hydration in my foods
