    Put yourself on a very strict sleep schedule, go to sleep and wake up the same time everyday. Do not watch tv, or look at a computer screen, or a phone screen for at least 1 hour before bedtime. It keeps your mind active and the light in your eyes fools your brain and keeps you awake. Do not drink anything with caffeine for at least 6 hours before bedtime. No chocolate or sugar for the last 2 hours before bedtime. Don't eat before bedtime. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Take a daily vitamin. Eat yogurt with active cultures at least twice a week. Get 30 minutes or more exercise and at least 20 minutes sunlight everyday if you can. Swimming will make you tired, too. Some of these things may seem trivial but the combined effect will help keep your brain chemistry balanced. Reduce stressful and aggravating situations as much as possible.

    I stream a storyline that favors me. Some social-to-intimate situation is good. I never get too far. And I resume it each night. I've been doing one for weeks. It gives me peace and I sleep well. I'm hoping, sooner or later, To Get There. Haven't yet. But the conversation is good and I have hope. :-D
