Plan b + late period how much is normal?

My period has been late for over a week now. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago but it was negative. I know plan b can mess a bit with the cycle but I thought it's a few days max. Should I wait and take a second test or better to check with a doc right away?

I went to the doc today and made a blood test. I should get the result sometime tomorrow. He said it's a 50/50 because it happened during the ovulation phase and the plan b I took only works if taken before the egg is released. The symptoms are very common for both plan b and pregnancy, I'll have to wait for the result to know how sure

From what I know, in extreme cases Plan B can cause menstrual cycles to be up to 3 to 4 weeks late. 1 week is pretty normal.

If you're really concerned, you can go see a doctor, but if it hasn't been at least a couple of weeks since the encounter I doubt they'll be able to verify anything.

It has been almost a month since he came inside me and the period is 10 days late. From what I've read a few days to a week is normal but I'm aware that in some cases it can take longer but I'm worried because I also have some symptoms where I'm not sure if it's from the pill or maybe early pregnancy symptoms

Ok, if its been a month and the test is negative I would think you're safe, take another one to be sure. But if you want peace of mind, go to a doctor and get a blood test instead, it's a significantly more accurate test.

Those could be pre-menstrual symptoms though. Any nausea? Morning sickness? How are your urinary movements?

Some light nausea only a few hours after taking the pill. No morning sickness. There were a few days where I can go pee often but it's not a regular thing

Okok, so to me, based on your symptoms it doesn't seem too alarming and you could just be having pre-menstrual symptoms at the moment. I would still suggest to seek a professional when you can, more so that you can have peace of mind.

Ultimately, we can't see the whole picture so we can't say anything with certainty but based on what you've shared, it seems more likely than not that you're fine. Take a breather for now, try not to stress too much about it, go see a doctor ASAP!

Asked him to pull out and he didn't even try. It happened on holiday he probably knew we wouldn't see each other again. Lesson learned

Pull out sex is dangerous because precum can have some sperm in it. Asl as you have found out that when a guy approaches an orgasm his instinct is to thrust deeper to spread the seed so-to-speak. He is an ass for doing it. I hope the sex was great with a good orgasm for you at least?
