It does affect my mood a lot. My mood is so much better when it's sunny. But it's England. Sun disappears for a good 8 months after September.

I totally do I swear it’s the dark and cold days that do it. I swear everything just feels better when the sun is out and it’s warm outside

No I become happier, especially with the Christmas season (which has to be cold) and feeling the autumn breeze. I get bitchy and upset in the summer sometimes because of the high temperature.
