There is like no girls that go to my gym its a sausage fest?

left confused as i though a lot of women were into health and fitness and went to a gym. , yet mine seems to always be a sausage fest with few female members

i was there yesterday around 3 - 4 pm and the ration of men to women was 9 - 1 , like seriously it wasn't even close , is one blonde girl who works the gym desk , maybe owner hired her so guys would think there was women who worked out here despite fact there doesn't seem to be any

although i'd have to go at an entirely different time to see if the ratio is any different to determine what is going on here or not. our city is kind of small like 20,000 and no college so no college aged women at the gym but still is a lot of employers that hire women like hospital , schools , dentists , banks , restaurants etc. hard to believe none of them go to the gym after work , they just all go home and do nothing?

As for your gym a sausage party it may be however just remember you are paying for that party & by attending you are actually contributing & making it a sausage party for others as well.

i've just always gone to the gym during the fall and winter months as i have less to do and a way to get exercise.

What type of gym is it? If it is mostly barbells and heavy-iron stuff it is likely to be mostly male.

is barbells and irons there , also tread mills , bikes , hand weights

i've actually seen a lot of women use the barbels and irons over the years , you'd be surprised what some of them try to use when there

just an observation , i just felt it was off that gym has so few female members , like normally a gym would have way more , many often have more women than men working out at any given time

some of the guys that go here do have girlfriend's or married but never seem to ever bring them to the gym or there not even members

so just the ultimate sausage fest really , with that 1 poor blonde girl forced to work the gym desk , perhaps hired by the owner so men think hot women actually work out here but seems like none actually do anymore

- one said she didn't like working out there cause she'd see too many people she knew from around here

- the other didn't like the way equipment / gym alignment was always being changed by the owner , he has this odd habit of frequently moving equipment around the gym to different spots every few months for no apparent reason

but think there must be more serious actual reasons than those 2 as to why its so unpopular with women

@SeriouslyNotSerious like i didn't go to this gym July , aug or sep but when i returned in October. the owner had for some reason moved all the tread mills and exercise bike machines into this room

that room had previously been a private room often used by women to do yoga or such but now its full of tread mills ( which had been by front window before ) is now only a much smaller room available for yoga or private stretching type exercise

i checked google there is a couple negative reviews but none from women that mention feeling unsafe or anything like that at this gym

i agree its weird as typically gyms have way more female members , i none there was some younger female members that went away to college so don't go anymore but sometimes return on holidays
but even that doesn't explain the 9 - 1 ration i've been seeing there as there is still many women who work here and live in this area , only really explains the lack of 18-21 year old women

do recall one male member used to hit on a lot of the female members , he was sort of tall had tattoo's on his arm actually fairly good looking but i can recall him hitting on like 5 or 6 different women who went there and this is a gym in a small town so way too many girls to be hitting on from same gym but i haven't seen him there this fall , not sure if he's still a member or not

But honestly the gym is not the best place to meet women and I personally would rather not be tempted by the idea

I do love the fact that women go to my gym but on days where it’s quiet and it’s just me and a couple of random dudes the workout is usually very pleasant

i doubt he is the reason , he seemed to have a type ( hot younger women with hot bodies ) he'd virtually ignore most of the other women who went there but he was older like late 30's and they didn't seem that bothered when he talked to them , he sort of had developed friendships with them over time

but would need to talk to actual women from this area who had been in that gym to figure out what the reason was and have to go there at different times of day to see if its always a sausage fest or if ratio varies other times of day

i checked google liv to try and get an idea what is going on

wasn't busy at 4pm when i was there , checked google at 5 30 and 6 30 still not busy but around 7 30 till 9 pm google liv has been saying place is packed full

but have no way of knowing who is in the gym , if there is more women or not but place seems to be way busier at night

i went back Wednesday and still mostly the same ratio although was a couple different girls who passed through i didn't recognise at first as she typically away at school but for some reason was back home , but still like 6 - 1 guys at any given time

i didn't go Thursday at all and plan to go there today but not till much later like 5 30 -6 pm so will see what is going on there , usually its pretty slow on Friday nights although used to be busier years ago

went there Friday at 5 30 , not many people there but almost an even male/female ratio but maybe like 8 people in the gym , gradually some of the girls finished working out and by time i left around 6 30 it was starting to shift back into sausage fest ratio many more guys there

did see the tattoo guy i mentioned and 2 of the women he hit on , one older blonde girl left like just before he got there and this other younger girl seemed to still be friends with him and they talked when nearby.

but weird gym , not really sure how to make sense of any of this really , its really off when people come here or not and the male/ female ratio at times is pretty crazy really for a large gym

true , guess i was just trying to make sense of what was going on there as typically other gyms would have a more balanced male / female ratio at any given time if you went in them.

problem is where i live its not really practical to join another gym and it be so far away to drive to i'd never be able to go to it enough to make it worth it.

i guess that i wasn't really enjoying the sausage fest atmosphere much , its not really my scene and found some of those guys to be dicks , a lot of them already have girlfriend's so yeah there not trying to meet anyone and maybe they don't mind the more male scene at the gym

That's kind of sad... when I was going to the gym, there were several hot girls... blondes, brunettes, raven-haired girls... one of them was so incredibly hot, I still think of her.

for sure , there had been some hot girls that went to that gym in the past , i remember them very well but they all seem to have disappeared , either aren't in this area anymore or come at entirely different time slot than normal

when i was there today it wasn't any different , same as yesterday, was 5 or 6 girls who passed through between 3 - 4.30 but like 30 guys so same sausage fest as before

i checked google live out of curiosity to see if its busier now as its 5 30 pm but oddly it saying its even less busy than when i was there an hour ago.

some weird google liv data , i checked around 5 30 and still not busy , same around 6 30 but around 7 30 till now 9 pm , its been saying place is packed and as busy as it gets

as google liv doesn't identify men / women we have no idea who is there but for whatever reason its way busier late at night than rest of day

is there more girls there now? i have no idea but its way busier than when i was there at 4 pm
