Not sure about other countries. But in germany robbery is defined as taking something from someone with force or a threat for body and life.

So yes, here it would count. I mean beside allergies it similar to a threat with poison.

By using peanut butter on someone who is allergic to peanut butter and they end up dying from it, plus you robbing them - you would be responsible for their death and robbery.

Yes! Any death resulting while committing a felony, which armed robbery is, would result in first degree murder charges. Chico wouldn't see day light for a long time! But I'm sure if he gets a good attorney, there would be a plea agreement to lesser charges.
