I wash it every alternate days. I have dust allergy and I've got oily skin. So, I have to change my pillowcase often to avoid getting sneeze attacks and skin issues like acne. Also, it feels sooooooo good to sleep on a clean bedsheet and have a fresh blanket over me when it still has a lovely fragrance. So cosy and instantly cheers me up. I would sleep forever if only I didn't have work.
