I’ve been doing my best to try to eat real food, no junk. And going to the gym as much as I can after work. I walk a lot, especially when you’re a dental assistant. I make on average 5,000-10,000 steps. Now I do enjoy my desserts, but I’ll eat it if that’s what I crave in the moment, not because it’s there.
