The average person should be drinking a minimum a quart a day. 64 ounces - an eight ounce glass every two waking hours: doesn't sound like much until you start to do it! :-) A relatively balanced diet will ensure you get your electrolytes. People who are athletes or who do strenuous work in hot weather, for example, would likely need supplementation. Check with your doctor is you feel woozy after light physical effort, and/or before making substantial dietary changes.
Luckily, I drink enough water. Thanks for the interesting link.
Thanks for the MHO

Been there done that I know all about it. I ended up in the hospital because of dehydration.
@douride2
Three days before my boyfriend, Patrick, died suddenly I was dehydrated and had trouble breathing.
So I went via the ambulance 🚑 to the emergency room and got some IV hydration therapy.
I remember that day so well because the hospital staff kept moving me from on place to another and he couldn't find me for a while.
The suddenly he pulled back the right curtain really fast and said "There you are"!! And he was smiling 😊 so big and we were laughing cause he couldn't find me for a while.
Good points! Thanks.
i usually drink a full carton of beverage
