The cold weather kills all the bugs, and also the weeds don't grow, so I'm happy with the cold weather.

Also being an all weather cyclist, I wear the right clothing, and I don't become dehydrated if I don't take drinks with me on rides.

Also no need to wear suncream.

Cold weather has it's benefits, but give me 30°C and I'll be very happy.

I can strip down to shorts soaking up the sun on the beach, and no heating bills.

@queenofcardio I cycle to work in snow and ice, but I don't cycle for leisure in these conditions, but winter is usually ok for cycling.

This is very interesting. I've preferred the cold for a very long time. I was also higher body-fat percentages for a very longtime. But the leaner I get, the more I prefer warmer weather. Right now at 11% body-fat, my body-temperature normally sits ~96.5 degrees. Being this lean means that I'm colder than the average person. Especially if my protein intake is low or if my calories are below maintenance calories. Lack of thermic effect amount & energy compensation just makes me colder & colder than I would be if I was a big back. But it's worth it though.

i would rather take the cold weather then the heat & humidity of summer. You can dress for the cold. When it's hot & humid how do you stay cool?

Now if you had said HOT weather then I would have answered differently. I can handle warm weather but not hot 🥵 weather.
