Normal woman have undulating curves like an hourglass - boobs, narrow waists, flaring hips that are wider than their waists, and round butts. Some are curvier than others. 32" bust, 25" waist and 34" hips is curvy. 36" bust, 24" waist, and 38" hips is curvier. All the most beautiful movie stars had similar measurements.
It's an insult that the body positivity movement in recent years hijacked the term "curvy" to describe obese women with rolls of fat, and "thick" women with gargantuan asses and thunder thighs. Curvy and fat are not synonymous.
Originally, curvy was a word made up by fat women to make themselves feel better about themselves. "I'm not fat, I'm curvy" "Real women have curves". That kind of crap. Of course, this was later turned around to say that fat women are one big curve and the other women had many curves, but I digress. Anyway, these days, it depends on who is saying it. It could just mean fat but not obese. Could mean the woman just has a bigger butt and boobs, and some obese and above women still try to call themselves curvy. I personally consider curvy to be a word fat women use to call themselves something other than fat.

If you take a straight line and bend so that you create a semicircular arc with a radius A and do this a second time with a radius of B. If the radiai are on the same side of the line it can be said to be round; however if they are on opposite sides the line can be called curvy. Assuming a person has only 4 sides, left right, front, and back. If all four sides can be called curvy; then you have a truly curvatious person. If only 2-3 can be then that person is moderately curvey. And only 1 side then they are mildly curvy. Everyone else is either considered flat or round. As most skinny people tend towards flatness and most fat people tend towards roundness. A curvy body would typically be found between being fat and skinny. Granted, there are some fat people and skinny people who fall within the curvy monicker; however, they are the outliers, or exceptions, as the lay people are want to say.
Curvy Simply Means, muscular body which is covered in Fat!..

Thick boobs and ass with skinny in the middle is the most attractive to me.
AKA the “hourglass” shape
Slender women are more curvy as they have tight waists. Hips and boobs stand out more.
Enough delta between hips and waist, as well as between waist and chest.
Curvy means curvy. Not muscular or bony.
To ol' boy, slim but buxom and shapely is curvy. Among many of us blacks (especially ghetto folk),"curvy" has become synonymous with "obese."
Females usually call fat chick's curvy out of delusion.
You described it quite well. It's a synonymous to being fat. Obese women use this term to feel better about themselves.
A "curvy body' is a 'FAT" body
