What is curvy and what is skinny?

Ok please explain-what's curvy and what's skinny? Is curvy overweight or just average bmi, but with a weird shape? I don't know I'm totally lost please explain.

Curvy is any hip to wait ratio with over a 10 in difference. Skinny is just then or slinger with not a lot of body fat.
So Candice swanepoel is thin yet curvy because she has big hips. But someone whose big isn't necessarily curvy (I couldn't think of anyone to use as an example)

Curvy is having a larger breasts and hips while your waist is thin. You can be skinny or thicker this way.
Skinny is just having a healthy to below healthy BMI

Curvy has nothing to do with weight or BMI. It is a description of shapes. It means the size difference of the thighs, hips, and (arguably) chest in proportion to the waist is more exaggerated.

Curvy has NOTHING to do with weight, BMI, or anything of the sort.
A girl can be skinny and curvy at the same time.
