"Curvy" = skinny waist, wide hips, big butt, big boobs It's a pretty vague term because almost any woman who doesn't have a gut can be considered "curvy". Fat is... well, fat, like big everything because of fat. Curvy is actually when you have a nice hip/waist ratio, flat stomach, big boobs and big butt.

Curvy mean that a girl has actual curves in her figure. Jennifer Lopez back in the day would be considered "curvy", due to having curves and all, but she was not fat.

Fat means exactly what it means. It means your overweight. Fat girls don't necessarily have curves, plenty don't have a well-proportioned shape, so the weight they haven't doesn't flatter them.

What I don't quite understand in all honesty is that people use the word 'curvy' to describe fat girls. "You're not fat, you're curvy!" --even when it is painfully obvious that is not the case.

hm maybe curvy is how your body is build, and curvy should be healthy all in all, whether "fat" is not healthy. Curvy includes muscles and does not "jiggle" as much as fat. Most of all, you can not choose to be curvy, because curvy is something that comes with your genes. Curvy also often includes some kind of this hourglass shape, whereas fat is just fat everywhere, and not only in particular places.

That is not true. Its just that fat fucks nowadays call themselves curvy. Its simple. Curvy means you have big tits and a big ass (and wide hips). Curvy girls can have a completely flat stomach. And even if they have some fat on it, as long as the difference between their waist and hips is big, she is curvy. However if she is just a fat fuck who has no tits or ass and looks like a fat potato - thats a fat fuck

it's related to shape. a fat person is just... fat, no definite shape. curvy it really means it has curves, not just fat or "fat boobs"

sadly nowadays, due to lack of confidence, almost every fat girls calls herself "curvy"

The figure and the appeal. Fat can end up same measurement in chest, weist, hip... Curvy will have a weist size much smaller than the other two. Also curvy will have more hormones excreted for boys
