Curvy has to do with your body proportions and not weight, and most of the time, it has to do with your waist-to-hip ratio. Fatness has to do with your body fat percentage. You can be neither curvy nor fat, curvy and fat, fat but not curvy or curvy but not fat.
No matter your body weight, if your waist is at least 25% less than that of your hip measurement (waist/hip≤0.75), you are most probably curvy (if you are tall you might look less curvy with the same proportion as a shorter woman), and if you waist is also at leaat 25% than your bust (waist/bust≤0.75) then you have an hourglass shape. ⏳
So let's see your body measurements. 83÷104=0.798. So definitely aren't hourglass, but that ratio is honestly pretty normal/average.
Now coming to your question of fatness. Your measurements tell me that you are anything but fat, and if you're tall you're honestly just fine. At most you may be a bit overweight but not too much, especially if you're moderate to short in height, I'd say making some adjustments to your diet to limit calorie consumption and doing some exercise and being physically active shall help you to lose that slight bit of weight.
You're neither curvy, nor fat. At most you're chubby or overweight. Nothing too alarming, just need to watch out a little.

Curvy is a shape. Fat is more weight related. You can be skinny curvy, fat curvy, average curvy just like you can be fat but not curvy at all or very curvy or curvy just a bit.
Most guys only consider curvy a woman who is "slim thick" like Scarlett Johansson, Kat Dennings, Kate Upton but in fact it's just about the shape and proportions.
I'd say you're curvy but also have some extra weight probably. Hard to say for certain because I didn't see you and in the end, everyone sees weight differently. I hope I helped a bit.
At this point they mean the same thing because people use the word curvy wrong. Based on usage, if someone says "I'm fat" it means "I'm fat and I acknowledge it", where someone who says "I'm curvy" means "I'm fat but I'm in denial and refuse to admit it". By the original definition, curvy meant literally "has a curvy figure, such as one created by the difference in bust/waist/hip ratio from an hourglass figure". It's such a shame that the word got misappropriated too. I prefer curvy girls by the original definition, but anytime I saw a girl advertise as curvy she was a fatass. It became very difficult to find what I wanted as a result of all these fat bitches who want to pretend that there's nothing wrong with it.
Curvy is a term for females (no one says a guy is curvy) it’s a way of saying a female is still attractive enough to fuck because she not too fat.

There are so many variables- especially adipose vs muscle mass- that the BMI through ratio is not really a good stat. The only true way to get an accurate BMI- the "gold standard"- is through a water displacement immersion test.
That said, I subjectively think that you are curvy, not fat.None.
Fat "activism" has eaten the difference.
Used to be curvy meant ample boobs and shapely ass.
Now, a singular curve like so ( . ) seems to mean "curvy".Curvy to me are girls with great proportions. Slim waist, wide hips and butt, perky boobs, thighs that slim down a little as they get to the calves. Fat girls just have a lot of excess weight that is not in the right places and is considered unattractive.
This is curvy. Fat is overloaded body mass.
There is not some bright line definition between curvy and fat. To be curvy you must have fat, and most "fat" girls have curves. I am not very good with measurements, what is your height & weight?
Curvy is a small waist to hip ratio; ideally 0.7. Even very thin fashion models have small waist to hip ratios such as this girl and are therefore curvy:
Fat is just fat and has nothing to do will being curvy.
My opinion is fat is when someone has one curve to them if you know what I mean. When they go out at the waist and don’t come back in til their knees. Curvy is when you have a waist, which by your measurements, you have a waist so you’re curvy
Curvy girl is slightly obese but has still attractive body proportions (attractive hour glass curves).
I don't know.
But I've seen men themselves sometimes refer to "fat" and "curvy" in the same way. But really, when I think of "fat" I picture actual morbid obesity, not just chubby or a little above average weight. I like thicker or chubby-curvy girls too.Curvy describes the shape of a woman's body. Fat is if someone is well over their ideal body weight wnd unhealthy. Two very different things. A woman can definitely be very curvy and not fat. Eg big boobs and butt but slim otherwise. I know a few women who are slim but curvy. For some reason they think they're fat..
If your curvy that's just your shape. So even if you get ripped you'll still keep the curves.
If you're fat then it's something you can work on, if you want to. Loose skin that acts like cookie-dough is not curves alone.Yes... im curvy and sexy, hour glassed shaped. Fat is when ur the same size all around. And not appealing. Skinny "perfect" cookie cutter bitches aren't sexy either... we are women meant to look like a women, not a teenage boy with tits
Curvy is when you have big hips to waist ratio are when you have a pretty prominent curves kinda like a hour Glass or a pear and such while fat is just someone who is big/to big for there natural body weight that they should have.
Curvy refers to the shape of your hips and waist. Fat is someone who has a lot of fat on them. You can be curvy without being fat
I love curvy women. Curvy women are big but they have a sexy shape like coca-Cola bottle😍😘
Percent body-fat is percent body-fat regardless if she still looks attractive in some cases. Fat is fat and curvy just means she is a fatty that is still f-able.
Fat is overweight, and curvy is shapely. Basically when a female has a nice shape but isn't overweight.
Lol i got the same, maybe 100-90-100. Tbh i dont remember.
Curvy usually entails an hourglass figure. Fat means they are round, blubbery, blobbish, obese and unhealthy.
That would be a different answer for everyone I think
