What do wish existed but doesn't?

I wish a cancer detector existed where you can scan your body each and everyday to see if you might be at risk for developing cancer. Catching it early would save so many lives.

A handheld portable lie detector that is accurate and when you think someone is lying to you, you just strap it around their wrist and it gives you the answer of yes or no - probably depending on their blood pressure or sweat. or something

Cancer detectors actually exist. They're in prototype phase, but they're not far off from being rolled out for mass production. We should see them in many healthcare facilities within the next 5-10 years. They've trained AI on millions of medical images like CT scans MRIs, mammograms, and pathology slides. Due to AIs processing speed and power, it gives accurate analyses thousands to even millions of times faster than humans. So stay in tune for the future.

As for what I wish existed, but doesn't (currently), I wish a pill or something to make you younger existed. I am dreading the day I lose my loved ones when they still have things they want to do in their lives. Eternal life is a curse, but our short lives are also not necessarily a blessing.

The good news is even that may be possible soon. There are already many proven ways to reverse age. And again, AI is improving the speed at which they develop the solution by leaps and bounds.

There are genes called oncogenes that predispose one to cancer and full genome sequencing can detect those.

But they usually only show a potential for cancer that only is activated due to environmental lifestyle choices.

Still, it would be best if everyone knew their own predispositions towards cancer and I guess that will come some day in the future.

Lol, nearly everyone has cancer. It is easily detected, and the body does naturally deal with it. Most people will have cancer, but not die of it. The problem is knowing when the cancer will go up in stages, and the body can no longer deal with it.
So detecting cancer is not the problem, knowing when it is starting to spread, is the issue.

That may be possible in the future as we learn more about messenger RNA and other cellular chemistry. Cancer cells are different from normal cells and could theoretically be detected by some substanced injected into the bloodstream. I'm not a biologist, so this could all be BS, but it seems consistent with the functioning of mRNA vaccines.

Just make sure you eat lots of greens or mix a little of the cancer cure and have a mouthful every day. Just keep your ph levels more alkaline than acidic and you'll be fine.

Nice :) some trained doggies are able to detect even the beginning stages of cancer... dogs can detect the early stages of cancer by sniffing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released by cancer cells.
