Breast tenderness, when see a doctor?

I sometimes experienced these issues around my period but not while I'm on birth control which is a common thing from what I know. But my breasts have been sore and noticeably swollen for well over a week now and I’m starting to worry. Should I wait another week or is it better to see a doctor sooner?

Probably almost a cup size. I'm wearing my old bras right now from when I had some extra weight and bigger breasts. Currently they fit better than my usual ones. My breasts feel heavy and firm and are very sensitive. areolas maybe a bit larger too

Is it possible you changed birth control recently?
Like I said there are so many causes for all of that and most are just changes in hormones
A whole cup size is a lot depending on things but if you do feel worried try to get someone to check it sooner than next week

No I haven't changed it I'm using an implant and renewed it last summer
