Trending & News Still dont know exactly what happened. But for like , three days , I was in pain , and the i've been through a lot of things I've had bones broken ribs, disk.\nVertebrae
So I know what pain is , and I can handle pain pretty well , but on the third day with my legs , I didn't know father's coming or going and one\n Night, I was laying in bed, and I was looking at the clock, and it was like 1155, and I started thinking about it, and I said, if my pain, if I'm at the peak right now. Of my pain that means I have to watch the minute hand go all the way back around the other way counterclockwise , until it got to twelve a m before my pain would go away and I said , bull crap
Because that's the way I've always been the moment I feel tamed, release a little bit, and I know it's gonna go back in time. And when it gets to a certain time , the pain will go away
Well, this night, I said, no, that minute hands not going all the way back around. I'm cutting straight across right now. And when it hits 12 midnight, my pain's gonna be gone I laid in bed, and I just totally totally relaxed every muscle everything and about 12 o'clock 5 after 12. All my pain was gone and I just kept telling myself relaxed totally relaxed. Don't think don't do it anything, because you're going to screw it up and I did I stay totally relaxed. I finally got to sleep and I slept for about 4 hours and I woke up that I had a little bit of pain, but it was nothing compared To where I was , I mean that was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life , and then five seconds it was gone
I've done that a few times before, but not with that much pain. So I know, for a fact we can heal our own bodies. You just have to have that right frame of mind. Everything has to be together and you have to relax anytime. You're in pain, totally totally. Relax Drool, running down your chin. If you have to, because you are so so relaxed.
I believe when you're in pain , your whole body is is so tight and and tense that.\n's what keeps the pain going? But if you can just totally relax , the blood starts flowing different , just everything
No idea on emotional because without emotions it just doesn't land but physical is when I busted my foot because I broke my big toe, fractured my metatarsals and sprained my ankle in one hit
😱😱😱🤕
When was that?
That was I think 15 years ago
Personally, the hardest pain I’ve seen people go through tends to be emotional , like losing someone they deeply loved or being betrayed by someone they trusted.
Physically, serious illness or injury is intense, but it usually heals over time. Emotional pain sticks with you longer and changes how you see the world.
Totally true💯
Severe food poisoning is high on my list.
I'm still traumatized from that experience
What kind of food? Fish?

Emotional pain would be my mom dying. Physical pain would be an attack of acute pancreatitis.
Jesus Christ! That is horrible.
I am sorry for your loss and may she rise in peace🙏🕊
Dentistry
Fair enough
And I still go to the dentist - I'm not against it - I love it as a vital thing 🦷 luckily it hasn't been painful 😖
