Have you ever met somebody who refuses to do what is in their best interest?

I only use medicine when my dad forces me to take medicine against my will which has happened for 3 medical issues in the last 10 years. I always use honey and herbs and nutrition to heal my health problems because medication weakens your immune system and makes you more likely to get sick in the future. My dad had a health problem and the honey I gave him was measurably boosting his healing, and now he refuses to take honey and is taking medicine again.

Yes, you can only lead a horse to the water but you cannot make it drink. Best of luck with your situation with your Dad, unfortunately it happens more often than not with family members.

Yeah, I have met two or three such experts over the years. Highly frustrating to deal with.

Lots of people, they drink too much, they smoke too much weed, lots of them us meth. Looked at objectively it's actually baffling that someone would put something like meth in their body yet so many do. I think it goes beyond just stupidity it's insane.
