Normally no. But yesterday i did, felt like a kid who just loves chores, the way i hoped school will be fun before going there and not one person could speak my language, i had yesterday an overwhelming need to just pause all thinking and work.

Turns out i have been chronically sleep deprived, and just saw the embarrassing call log where i in February pressed the red button on multiple incoming calls thinking it is the snooze button for the alarm, because the phone was on vibrate mode and i didn't look at the screen. ㅤ

Yep, the older I get the more I consider daily hygiene routines to be more than a chore.
They're painful to get through.

I do love to be clean, but I can't really ever have said that I enjoyed going through the motions to get there.

For sure, they're more of a chore if it's just to get ready for work and stuff like that. Now, getting ready for a date or just getting dressed up fancily for some special event, that can be more fun even though it takes much longer lol

I enjoy taking the 30 minute ish to put myself together so that I can be refreshed and presentable. I like being cleaned 😊 looking nice, smelling fresher.
