Did You Take A Prenatal Class Before Giving Birth?

I just finished mine a couple weeks ago, but I've been looking over my notes. I'm getting really anxious for when the baby comes. I'm 36 weeks in. I had my last day of work last week. So it's getting real. My hubby can't even sleep he's so stressed. Our due date is still a month away, but its getting so close.

The class was really fun. I made some new friends. My husband did too! It was weird to go back to a classroom after not stepping foot in one for so long, but I learned lots of things we practiced some physical stuff to so I feel ready, but I'm also nervous af!

Yes! Back when I gave birth to my son, they kept the mother and baby in the hospital for 4 entire days.

During my stay at the hospital they had a class every day to teach us how to care for our baby. It really helped me.

I didn't attend a class but the hospital offered a guided tour for expecting mother's. We could see where we'd be and there was an explanation of procedures. It probably wasn't as helpful as a class.

My wife and I took a bunch of classes like that. We had an 8 hour class at the hospital the day she gave birth. So we did the class and then went back like an hour later.

Not all of it. OH had epidural so most of breathing and positions were useless.
