That was exactly me, but they turned out to be a good buy.
I've never been to a gym it's never appealed to me, but very early in my life I bought some vinyl weights, they weren't expensive, and I used them in my bedroom.
I'm surprised I didn't go through the ceiling of the room below! 😄
But I was careful, and I didn't want to use them anywhere else.
I only used them for a few months and I left them at home when I moved out, and found my own place.
My Dad then started using them, and so my money had not been wasted, someone made use of my weights.
My parents moved to a smaller property and they had no room for my weights, so reluctantly I took them back, but they encouraged me to use them, they did not think they were a "white elephant".
I now use them occasionally, they are useful, and I wouldn't sell them to anyone.
Nope. My resistance equipment has been with me for 26 years. My Power Block dumbbells have been around for 15 years. My water rower is about 10 years old. Current weight bench is about 7 years old. The old bench wore out and broke down. All of that gets used almost daily. It used to be me and both my sons using it. Now it's just me and my youngest son.
I go to the gym, don't have space at home to exercise or store equipment.
Nope, I actually use the exercise stuff I buy.

Not that I've bought myself, no.
My late wife, on the other hand, would occasionally buy exercise equipment, let it sit, then I'd sell it a few years later at pennies on the dollar.
There's only one more exercise item left to get rid of, but there's plenty of her other 'stuff' that needs to be sold now, too.
Lol guilty in my family.
we did this with nordic track remember that thing?
I’ve never tried this one 😄
Are you a fit person
lol i am not. im pretty big now. i used to be super skinny most of my life... then i got to my late 30s lol
im trying though. i do walk :P
Walking doesn’t work in getting fit but it helps in staying healthy 😊
Well it sheds the pounds at least. i lost 10 pounds last month :)
Wow 😮
Yeah i live in a hilly area so i walk up this one hill nearby and i always feel really good after lol. Its good cardio. Gets the blood flowing
@Still-alive can I have it
Yes that's me, but i still have some small equipements like dumbells... etc
I don't use them anymore, because i have turned from this athletic energetic guy in my late teens till my early 20's than started losing everything until i became a 40 year old lazy obese guy ☹, lazy only in sports!
No, because I know that I would almost never use it.
When I was in college, I bought a barbell set, in hopes of strengthening my arm muscles. I only used them a few times, and ended up giving them to my college, who added them to its weight room.
I bought s Total Gym when we had covid and all the gyms were locked down, I still use it in days that I do not feel like driving to the gym. It gives a good workout.
I have an exercise bike that I don't use often, I got it free and once I clear up in there I'm considering selling because I want a gravity strider which I'll actually use
I always use my exercise equipment that I buy.
Thought about dumbbells for Christmas when I was 18 - never happened sadly 🥲
Not me. Luckily.
No. I kept the equipment
Nope, I still use it.
I never bought any exercise equipment
Yes me, you also? Lol
Nope
