Do you ever worry about your enamel when you brush your teeth?

Sometimes I get scared I'm gonna brush away my enamel and it's gonna make my teeth yellow so sometimes if I haven't eaten I'll, swish some coke cola, prince it out with listerine and brush with water which is mostly for my tong and gums 😂

I've had issues in the past as I'm an 'aggressive, harsh brusher' that has experienced receding gums & worn enamel. At first, my dentist suggested i switch to my 'off hand' to brush. Not long after, he strongly suggested (nearly insisted) that I change to an electric toothbrush. It has seemingly helped the wear of my enamel & my gum recession.

I have an OralB IO (3series). It has multiple speeds & light indicators to let you know if you're applying too much pressure. Worth checking out, in my opinion. Good luck!

Not neccesarily about enamal, but its more about keeping them healthy to me, when brushing my teeth.

I brush and floss and see my dentist twice a year. I am told my teeth are good so I will just keep doing what I have been doing.

No. Besides, the Japs now have a shot you can get that tells your body to re-grow missing or damaged teeth. They're still testing it on animals and will have it ready for us in 4 years.

Me, too! What it does is suppress whatever it is in your body that tells it to STOP re-growing teeth after the second set.
