No. For as long as I can remember, if I sleep during the day, I often wake up with a bad headache that doesn't go away for 2 or 3 hours so I avoid it.
Usually if I feel tired in the middle of the day, if I just lay down to rest and watch TV for 30 minutes to an hour, it helps rejuvenate me.
I really wish I could do that then I can't for some reason but the day I do I'm going to like it

Sleep doctors say occasional naps are OK, but deep REM sleep is the only absolute restorative to your day. Meaning 6-8 hours of sleep per night.
You can get a little boost from a nap, but it won't help if you're depending on naps to aid when you're not getting enough regular sleep.
No. But when I'm really tired, I may fall asleep before bedtime. Usually I miss the end of whatever movie I'm watching.
