Waah! Why doesn't anyone say FRUIT not in poll nor in answers.

Those things in poll have massive sugar but half banana shared with someone is SWEET low sugar and fructose.
My morning cup of coffee ☕ with two teaspoons of white sugar in it and whole milk added.
The yoghurt is the only thing I would go for out of those options.

I love chocolate 🍫. I'll go with a chocolate bar.
Dark chocolate works for me! It’s rich and satisfying while lower in sugar.
And high in fat!

If you have sugar cravings you don't have proper nutrition levels and have an unhealthy gut biome.
