Should I be concerned about my period?

Do you think my periods are irregular if I spot for 5 days before my period and one month it's 23 days apart next month would be 24 days then the next month it would be 25 days but I spot in between so my period last a total of 10 days including spotting. Plus my periods are lighter than it used to be. I am 30. Should I see a doctor for this? My last period spotted on April 25 and started on April 27th. It ended on May 3th and now it's May 19th and I have yet to start my period. What is this caused by and should I be concerned?

should you go and consult with your ObGyn? the answer to that is always yes, yes you should...

always a good idea to consult and keep a good track of your health, moreso with these matters

as for the irregularities... stress and anxiety can be the cause, could be medications too, or just some hormonal cycles that might be occurring momentarily

the causes could be many, and might not be even that serious, but just go to a professional and make sure

Mention it to the Dr. next time you see them. Otherwise, it's probably nothing to worry about.
