No more than 20 minutes. Any longer, your body enters the sleep cycles. That's why, if you ever taken and hours long name, you feel disoriented and groggy.
They say around 20 minutes. I usually fall asleep for about an hour and it takes me awhile to wake back up.
I do not take too many naps but when I do 20-30 minutes is great

I cap mine at 20 minutes so my sleep schedule doesn't get to wrecked from them.
15-20 minutes. If you fall into deep sleep, you will be in worse shape afterwards.
I think anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour is acceptable.
